Jennifer Garner Revives Her '13 Going on 30' Style for Halloween
Jennifer Garner ingeniously embraced the Halloween spirit while marking the two-decade milestone of a cherished cinematic gem. She shared a delightful video on social media, reenacting a memorable moment from "13 Going On 30." In this film, Garner portrayed Jenna Rink, a teenager who finds herself suddenly navigating adulthood after a whimsical wish to be "30, flirty, and thriving."
In her latest video, Garner revisited the iconic scene where adult Jenna prepares for a festive gathering. Accompanied by Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody," she wore what seemed to be the identical dress from the film. "Happy 20th Halloween, Jenna Rink," the caption joyfully declared.
Last year, Garner graced "The Drew Barrymore Show," where Barrymore offered a nostalgic look back at some of Garner's cinematic endeavors. Reflecting on "13 Going On 30," Garner exclaimed to Barrymore, "Can you stand it?" "Joy. It was joy," she reminisced about her character's party scene. "That was joy."
Garner confessed she never anticipated the film's eventual status as a beloved classic.
