Greetings, Meryl Streep.

The Oscar-winning luminary became the latest illustrious guest among the cavalcade of celebrities gracing Adele’s Las Vegas residency, which is set to conclude this month.

Friday night, following Halloween, Adele graced the stage emulating Streep’s character, Madeline Ashton, from the 1992 cult classic "Death Becomes Her," complete with a blonde coiffure and shimmering silver jacket.

Whether Adele anticipated Streep's presence in the audience remains a mystery, though the evening's ambiance was evidently tinged with Halloween motifs. Their serendipitous meeting was memorable nonetheless.

"I adore you," Adele declared to Streep as she approached her seat, serenading the crowd with "When We Were Young," as captured in videos circulating online.

The duo embraced warmly and exchanged bows, marking a tender moment.

This encounter with Streep occurred just days after Adele shared an emotional moment with songstress Celine Dion at a recent performance.

The heartfelt exchange was highlighted the following day when Adele expressed on Instagram the profound significance of performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, initially established for Dion's own Las Vegas residency, "A New Day," over twenty years prior.

"I love you immensely," Adele penned, directly addressing Dion. "Words can scarcely convey your importance to me, or the significance of your attendance at my show, let alone the sentiment of witnessing your return to your palace with your cherished family."

Adele's shows have attracted a constellation of other stars since her residency's inception in January 2022, including Jennifer Lopez, Hillary Clinton, and Nicole Kidman, among others.

"Weekends with Adele" is slated to conclude on November 23.
